Oh, That’s Right! There’s an NHL Team in OH!

On Monday, January 18th, the Bruins were slated to play a game against the Ottawa Senators at the TD Garden in Boston. The game was set for an unusual time, 1:00pm, because of the Martin Luther King holiday. Unfortunately apparently no one told the Bruins that because from net on out, they just didn’t bother showing up.
One player did, that’s for sure. The ever annoying Sens captain Daniel Alfredsson....

If the first month of the 2009-10 NHL season has taught hockey fans anything, it’s to forget expectations.
The standings have seemingly flip-flopped from last year, as several teams that were considered DOA have instead been stubborn SOBs. And while there is an eastern European atop the scoring leader chart, it’s not the one everyone would expect.
